Eat to Feel Good

   
According to nutritionist, the food we eat may affect our health.  Healthy foods can significantly improve our health and our wellbeing.  Good foods that are loaded with nutrients are believed to boosts our energy levels and better yet, are considered to put us in a good mood.  Good mood can influence our performances in demanding situations by being able to adopt, and cope effectively.  There are several nutritious foods, but let’s look-up at the most popular ones: “Healthy carbohydrates-whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and beans. These foods’ nutrients can calm, and can decrease symptoms of depression.  Maintaining a good balance of eating carbs is essential, especially is there is a possibility of having diabetes.  Dark chocolate-with cocoa (70 percent or higher), when eaten in moderation can improve cognitive intelligence and relieve stress.  Fruits- bananas, blueberries, and blackberries are to be known as mood lifter.”   So let’s try to eat a little healthier!
